ELECTRICAL & THERMAL ENGINEERING LABORATORY
The Conductive & Thermal Engineering Laboratory was established in 2005 and relocated to the FRD New Materials Industrial Park in 2018 as an independent department under the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission's Shenzhen New Conductive & Thermal Materials Engineering Laboratory project. The laboratory obtained CNAS accreditation in 2019 and maintains it continuously.
Covering approximately 300 square meters, the laboratory is equipped with over 100 sets of testing instruments valued at around RMB 48 million. It employs 15 staff members, including 12 testing personnel, forming a robust technical team composed of specialists in materials, physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering, and electronic information. This ensures the compliance of testing work. The laboratory holds testing capabilities aligned with multiple national/international standards such as GB, IEC, ISO, UL, and ASTM, guaranteeing the validity and reliability of test results.
Primarily serving the company's product development and material R&D, the laboratory offers testing services and technical support across over 200 physical, mechanical, electrical, thermal, electromagnetic compatibility, and environmental testing projects. It conducts comprehensive, timely, scientific, and accurate analyses on the structure, composition, performance, and morphology of electromagnetic shielding and thermal materials, as well as related products. The laboratory assists all corporate scientific research activities, conducts applied fundamental research, and promotes technological innovation to enhance the company's core competitiveness.
Strictly adhering to the CNAS-CL01 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, the laboratory manages resource allocation and daily operations. It continuously improves technical and managerial capabilities through internal audits, management reviews, supervision, and quality control.
